Back to School, Back to Germs (And That's Okay!)
Every fall, we see the same pattern: kids head back into classrooms, and a few weeks later, so do the sniffles, coughs, and low-grade fevers. If your child is new to a school or daycare setting, it's normal to see about one new illness a month, each lasting roughly 2–3 weeks. It can feel relentless, but it's actually a sign your child's immune system is doing exactly what it's supposed to do — learning to recognize and fight off new germs.
